Adina Guest Goat Cheese Foam

Serves 6 tastings.

3 Tbsp. Goat Cheese

3 Tbsp. Water, infused with Chili pepper flakes and strained

Add a little water at a time to the goat cheese, making sure the consistency is smooth. Using a mini milk frother, place the bowl or cup at an angle and froth the liquid until even bubbles appear. Skim off the foam and place in the middle of the soup.

 


Serving Suggestions
Float on a hot bowl of Big Wave Tomato Soup!

Great on Crackers or fresh bread.
